Reporting into Joe Parent, Vice President Marketing & Customer Success our new Event Coordinator can keep up with his fast-paced thinking, his conversational nature and provide him with some contrary opinions too. This is a newly created role for his team, and Joe is looking for someone who can truly take the reins and run with it. Someone who can define their own parameters and go above and beyond every time to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction.
This is an opportunity to bring together over 1500 vendor partners and more than 200 group clients at tailored events. From orientations and FAQ sessions to customized launch events and vendor fairs, our new Event Coordinator will create and execute a fiscally responsible and highly effective process for the end-to-end production of customer events.
Who you are
You are an Event Coordinator with a couple of years experience planning and launching initiatives for groups of 50-200 people. You have a big personality and you don’t hold back when it comes to sharing opinions. You are an idea generating machine and you know your way around an espresso machine too. You crave success and you want to be part of a harmonious team working towards the same end goal: helping hundreds of thousands of Canadians save money and achieve health and happiness.
