What our Bilingual Customer Service Representative will do on a daily basis

  • Support. You will interact with customers and clients in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner. You will:
    • Answer customer phone calls and emails to resolve client problems and inquiries.
    • Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers.
    • Diffuse difficult customer situations; focus on providing solutions
    • Handle multiple customer situations and temperaments while performing repetitive tasks.
    • Take ownership for customer problems and concerns and identify/recommend continuous improvements.
  • Assist. You will participate in the translation and distribution of sales and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate. You will, as part of the Operations team, work to understand customer expectations and take direction from the various departments across the company.
  • Research and analyze. You will reach out to internal teams and external partners to gather data and information. You will enter and analyze data, note trends and generate reports for the various teams across the company.
  • Quality control. You will review content and perk offers, test links and geotags. You will ensure accurate information is displayed on the website.
  • Be curious. You will pursue customer insights and actively contribute to our commitment to showcasing value to both our 1500+ vendor partners and thousands of end-users across the country.

  • The ideal combination of education and experience. You have a post-secondary degree and experience in customer service.
  • The language. You have an understanding of business and customer success. You are comfortable proofreading content that has or needs to be translated into French or English.
  • The creative mindset. You are open-minded, creative and flexible.
  • The passion. You care deeply about the end-result and the end-user. You are motivated by creating a positive and successful experience for vendors and customers.
  • The collaborative communication skills. You can explain website navigation to non-technical audiences at any level. You are a team player who fits in as part of a cohesive cross-functional team.
